Carrie Underwood is really out here doing the most right now, from her Las Vegas residency, to her incredible rhinestone-studded outfits.

 

 

The singer, 39, recently donned some short shorts for festival performances that had everyone staring at her insanely sculpted legs.

Carrie is a big fan of fitting in a sweat sesh before the day starts!

It is officially music festival season, and Carrie Underwood has been hitting the stage non-stop. The American Idol alum has been busy promoting and performing from her upcoming album and latest single titled Denim & Rhinestones. Plus, she’s also performing at her current Las Vegas residency, REFLECTIONS.

 

 

The girl is EVERYWHERE! And she’s looking so insanely strong while doing it.

First, the “Ghost Story” singer, 39, performed at the 2022 Stagecoach Festival in Indio, California, on April 30. Carrie took the stage in multiple pairs of cut-offs, including a pair of short shorts with a rhinestone fringe that she wore during her surprise performance with Axl Rose from Guns N’ Roses. Um, yes!

And this past weekend, she hit the stage at the 2022 iHeartCountry Festival in Austin, Texas. While there, Carrie rocked another pair of cut-offs (this time it was a purple-tinted pair) for her performance—and her super strong legs truly stole the show.

 

 

Earlier this month at the 2022 CMT Music Awards, she also showed off how strong she is with some impressive aerial acrobatics during her performance of her song, “Ghost Story.”

OK, so what’s her secret to these insanely sculpted legs? Carrie hits the gym first thing in the morning. “To me, working out—my husband has said it—he was like: ‘You’re, like, a more pleasant person to be about when you have a workout in the morning.’ And I was like, ‘I know! I feel better,’” she told Women’s Health.

Carrie also works with her personal trainer, Eve Overland. “Each workout incorporates both upper-body as well as lower-body exercises,” Overland told E! News.

 

 

The trainer also dove into their total-body toning workout schedule. “Day one could be upper-body push exercises, like chest presses and triceps extensions, and lower-body pull exercises, like hamstring curls and deadlifts,” Overland said. “Day two could be upper-body pull, like lat pull-downs and biceps curls, and lower-body push, like squats and lunges.”

Back in October 2021, Carrie shared a video of herself doing the “Rock the Boat” Challenge, where she crushed shoulder taps, mountain climbers, and plank jacks and push-ups like a boss.

 

 

As for her diet, Carrie is a vegan. “I never eat meat and try to eat totally vegan, which is easiest when I cook for myself. It’s not that I’m an amazing chef—I stick to the basics, like roasted veggies and stir-fries,” the singer previously told Cosmopolitan.

For Carrie, that includes dishes like tofu scramble, vegan chorizo breakfast burritos, fresh fruit and granola, and tofurky sandwiches with greens and sprouts.
